Project Vulcan lets you see Carbon emissions. It makes them tangible by quantifying what's putting out the emissions overlaying power plants with traffic patterns and manufacturing. It's as different as, well, night and day. If there was ever a visual showing how CO2 emissions are man made, this is it. It cycles over cities and areas of high manufacturing.
